Selecting a university that’s right for you is a big decision. To help, the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at the University of South Florida invites you and your family to Stampede to Success, an event exclusively for high school students and families navigating the college selection process.

Stampede to Success is different from other college visits because you will meet with faculty and staff from the academic area of your interest, take campus and residence hall tours, hear first-hand about scholarship opportunities and the financial aid process, and get a taste of what life is like for USF Bulls outside of the classroom!

We invite you to come to Stampede to Success and discover what makes USF an Unforgettable University! The event will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. in the Marshall Student Center on Saturday, November 19th, Saturday, February 4th and Saturday, April 14th. Please select the date that is most convenient for your schedule. Featured sessions include:

Description The Office of Undergraduate Admissions at the University of South Florida offers a number of first-time-in-college student scholarships based on academic merit to students planning to enter USF for the first time in the summer or fall semester. These scholarships are highly competitive. The criteria  for the various scholarships are used as minimum starting points for consideration; meeting or exceeding the minimum requirements will not guarantee selection.
Application Process

·        Complete the application for admission to the University of South Florida. You must be admitted to the University prior to consideration for any scholarships. Your application for admission also serves as your scholarship application.

·        The priority date for awarding 2011-2012 scholarships is January 2, 2011 of your senior year of high school. Students who apply for admission and are admitted to USF after this date will only be considered if scholarship funds remain after priority awarding.

·        Check individual scholarship criteria for additional requirements.
