About Case Western Reserve University

Case Western Reserve University is recognized for excellence in research, rigorous academics, and experiential learning. A private, urban university, we offer more than 75 programs in engineering, science, management, nursing, and the arts, including joint degree programs with top-notch art and music schools.

Hands-on experiential learning is part of the curriculum-including internships, co-operative education in industry, and research projects on campus and at institutions such as the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals. Connect with distinguished faculty and world-class cultural intuitions through small, interdisciplinary seminars in all four years through our SAGES (Seminar Approach to General Education and Scholarship) core curriculum.

Case Western Reserve is located on a park-like campus in Cleveland's University Circle, near museums, parks, theaters, galleries, and restaurants. Case offers serious technology-from a switched gig-to-desktop network with ubiquitous wi-fi to a new residence village with a state-of-the-art athletic field. Our students get involved-in NCAA Division III sports, intramurals, the arts, student government, community service, and even in shaping the future of the university.
