Questionnaire to Member Institutions and Associations

High school and undergraduate Ventures Scholars can complete a questionnaire about their career and college interests. The results of the questionnaire are emailed on a weekly basis to member colleges, universities, and professional associations so they can respond to the Ventures Scholars. The questionnaire provides Ventures Scholars with an opportunity to link with member institution representatives in order to learn about academic and career-related programs and opportunities. Ventures Scholars complete the following questions and email them to webmaster@ventures.org. The answers are emailed to the member institutions and they will respond to you. Ventures Scholars should use complete sentences. Prior to sending the answers, reread your responses.
