The Douglass Project for Rutgers Women in Math, Science & Engineering
The Douglass Project for Rutgers Women in Math, Science & Engineering is an award-winning program dedicated to supporting undergraduate women and students at secondary level interested in studying math, sciences, engineering and technology by:

  • Developing, coordinating, and evaluating programs in these fields
  • Enhancing educational experiences and providing personal development and leadership opportunities
  • Encouraging students to recognize their abilities and attain their educational goals
  • Providing support systems that foster a general competence in mathematics, science and technology.

The Douglass Project offers a number of programs for pre-college and undergraduate women. The number of participants for each program is kept small to allow for individualized attention.
